Gander Mountain Opening In Terre Haute
Grand Opening Set For April 15th

MINNEAPOLIS, February 28, 2005 — Indiana residents in search of great hunting, fishing and camping merchandise need look no further.  Gander Mountain, an outdoor retailer based in Bloomington Minnesota, will enter the Wabash County market with the opening of a 57,000 square foot store in Terre Haute, Indiana, in April.   As the first new store for Gander Mountain in 2005, the Terre Haute location continues the trend of expansion the company set last year into 2005.

The Gander Mountain store will offer the latest in outdoor sporting merchandise at great value, while delivering exceptional service through knowledgeable associates passionate about the outdoors.

The Gander Mountain store will be located at 3602 South US 41, just south of I 70.  The store will employ approximately 70 people to provide expert service to area outdoor enthusiasts.  In addition, customers will find unique features and services including ATV sales & service, in-store professional gunsmith, buying and selling of used firearms, full service archery shop with shooting lanes, hunting and fishing license sales, a live bait shop and a Gander Lodge meeting space available to local organizations free of charge.
