GORILLA, INC.KONG MAXX LADDER STAND
MODEL 43032

The Kong Maxx Ladder Stand Model 43032 produced and sold only in 2007 through Gander Mountain is being recalled because, while being erected or taken down, it may move causing instability and potentially causing the user and/or stand to fall to the ground.  Two personal injury matters have been reported to Gorilla, Inc., as a result of use of the ladder stand.  The Batch serial numbers of the ladder stand are G051507; G051507D; G061507D; G071507D; and G081507D.  The Batch number can be found stamped in ink on the vertical rail of the first ladder section, or, if the ladder stand is still in its original box, the Batch number is stamped on the lower front right-hand side of the front panel, next to the TMA certification symbol. 

Immediately stop using your Kong Maxx Ladder Stand Model 43032 and call Gorilla, Inc. Customer Service at 1-800-914-4567 to obtain return instructions.  If already erected, do not attempt to disassemble until obtaining supplemental take down instructions here or from Gorilla, Inc.
